Objective:
The purpose of the Florida Power Electronics Center (FloridaPEC) Affiliates Program is to encourage a strong partnership between industry, government, and the University of Central Florida in the area of applied power electronics technology.
Benefits:
The FloridaPEC affiliate members will:
- have access to the Center research results and publications on continuous basis
- have the opportunity to consult with the Center Research staff and faculty at any time
- be kept informed of Center activities, publications, meetings, and seminars, lectures or short courses available live or through videotape.
- have the availability to directly interact with students, which provides a very valuable recruiting opportunity.
- interact with students and faculty that can lead to collaboration and funded research contracts and grants beyond the Affiliates Program
